let's talk.

The fastest way to find out if we're a fit is a five-minute phone call. Or send a note about your podcast — what it's about, how often you record, where you're at — and we'll reply with a flat quote, usually the same day.

where to find us

files first, coffee later

Most of the work happens in shared folders, so you never have to drive anywhere — send your raw audio from wherever you record. But if you're local and want to talk it through in person, you're welcome to swing by during open hours.

the things people ask first

If your question isn't here, just call or send a note — quick answers, no runaround.

q. how do I send you my recordings?

We set up a shared folder for you on day one. You drop your raw files in after each record — WAV or MP3, multitrack or single, whatever your setup gives you. No uploads to wrestle with.

q. how fast will I hear back?

Notes and quotes usually go out the same day. For editing work, your first cut lands within two business days of us getting the files — often sooner.

q. what does it cost to get started?

Episode editing runs $180 per episode, with optional cleanup and show notes as add-ons. A full-service series is from $1,200/month. We'll send a flat quote once we know your show — no surprises on the invoice.

q. do I have to sign a contract?

No. Everything's per-episode or per-series, invoiced, with no lock-in. Try one episode, see how it sounds, then decide if you want more.

q. what if I don't love the first cut?

Send us one episode and if the first cut doesn't land, you don't pay for it. That's the deal — we'd rather earn the next one than argue over this one.
